Kathryn is a results oriented, Certified, Professional Coach (CPCC) (ACC), and sought out to work with clients because of her business knowledge and expertise, leadership skills, personal development strategies, assessment processes, team building, conflict resolution, and deep listening and communication skills.
In addition, she is certified in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, Non Violent Communication, Experiential Team Building and Development, and Diversity and Understanding Poverty Training. She is a Guardian ad Litem for at-risk youth, and also developed and is Director of the Students Without Mothers' Life Coach Program for coaching and supporting college students.
With over 25 years of business, training, leadership and coaching, Kathryn is founder and CEO of Vibrant Lives by Design, and prior to that Kathryn was Business Owner and CFO of a large services firm, managing a team of over 80 employees. Her business savvy and background make her especially effective in working with entrepreneurs, executives, and their teams.
In addition to her work with businesses, Kathryn is highly praised for her ability to work with diverse groups. She understands and works effectively with assessing complex situations and helping to develop compassionate and peaceful resolutions including effective communication skills. She has also developed and co-lead a couples/relationship workshop to help couples understand how to better navigate changes and challenges that occur in their lives.
Kathryn has facilitated symposiums and platforms for The Pachamama Aliiance and America Speaks on very important and sensitive environment and social issues. She has been a leader in her Community on many major projects to effect positive change, as well as currently serving as a Board Member for a Non Profit Organization in Atlanta, Georgia.. She has worked with children and teens on literacy programs, and worked with teens battling diabetes and heart disease.
